If you are under the age of 13, you should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any photos, meal descriptions, and other information you submit to the App ("User Content").
License to Process: By submitting User Content, you grant Cal Couple a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing meal analysis, calorie estimation, and other app functionality.
Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any content you upload or share through the App.

If you download Cal Couple through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Cal Couple, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Cal Couple may offer paid subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Photos and content submitted for AI meal analysis may be temporarily processed by third-party AI services. Some data may be stored locally on your device so you can view your meal history. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
